Footage I just saw on MSNBC showed food being dropped, from either the air or from boats, in the water in front of people's houses.
Those packages had better be waterproof.
If the relief organizations are dropping food and water, and even medicine and diapers and other supplies in the water that's filled with feces, rotting bodies, unknown chemicals and filth... letting people risk dysentery, cholera, and typhoid, it is absolutely criminal.
Does anyone have any information if the packages are waterproof?
